How it works

Registration is easy and quick, should take you less than a minute.
After registering, you will immediately receive your personal shipping address and you are ready to send purchases to your Bundle Box.
It is absolutely free to register for your Bundle Box and have your USA address. There is no registration fee or subscription fee.

You can make purchases from any US website and send your purchases to your Bundle Box address.
Once your purchase arrives at our warehouse, we will notify you and send you the details of your arrived shipments.
We will ask you to identify the shipment and to send us additional details so we can accurately calculate the import duty and VAT charges and prepare the required documentation when you import your purchases.
You can keep your purchases for 30 days free of charge in your Bundle Box. After that a daily fee of £1 per package will be charged.

When you are ready, you can book your international shipment.
You can select the purchases you want to ship. Per purchase you can select the additional services you require. Bundle Box offers a repacking service for fragile items , a shipping insurance , a return shipping insurance and warranty for selected product categories.
You can select a different delivery address for each purchase and chose your desired delivery time. We offer delivery within 2-3 working days, within 4-5 working days and for selected countries delivery within 6-14 working days.
You can add email addresses of people who should be kept informed about the status of the shipment.
Bundle Box offers the possibility to carbon offset your shipment.

After payment, we process your booking, prepare all required documentation and repack your purchases if required and process your shipment.
We will keep you informed of the progress of your shipment.
Bundle Box will deal with customs on your behalf. All required import duty and VAT charges are included in your shipment charges.
Your purchases will be delivered within your chosen delivery time.
You have access to all shipping orders that you have made, including all documents, through your order history page.
