We are always listening to our customers to understand how we can make our services better. Today we launched some features that will just to that.

The first one is what we call “Strip & Ship”. We offer to repack your items to save on shipping costs. On average this will save you between 20% and 30%. The savings are especially high if you have multiple boxes and we repack these into one box, or for example in case of clothing, as USA merchants often ship clothing items in unnecessarily bulky packaging.

The repack will take a maximum of one working day. Repack requests received prior to 16:00 GMT will be processed that day and will be ready for shipping that same day. It is best to wait until you have received all items in your BundleBox before requesting a repack.

The repack for this shipment has a fixed fee of £3.00 per parcel and the BundleBox system will prompt you when a repack makes sense for your purchases.

The second feature is that now you can notify us of shipments that you expect. This is not mandatory, but will help us keep an eye out for your shipments. Finally, we revamped the arrival shipment and book a shipment sections, to make it all a bit easier.
