BundleBox on ITV This Morning

Hey Bundleers -

We got a mention on ITV This Morning this week. Below you can read the transcript, provided by BroadCast Insight (for free!)

Happy bundling!

This Morning - ITV1 London(23/11/201)

I’ve got a top tip off the week. Tell us, Jenni ,

do. Here we go, so this is

basically how to save money on

Christmas shopping. Everyone

knows if you go to America you

get things cheaper, we all know

you can save a lot of money

there. For instance, the post

office did a bit of research

and they did a list of 10

presents, OK. £1,296 these

presents were cost in lnd but

they cost £664 in America. How

do you get it here? I tell you,

I’ll tell you. Things like ug

boots £175 here, £96 over

there. True religion jeans,

£319 here, £119 there. You can

see the list. There’s lots of

things you can save a lot of

money on. So there’s this

really clever idea. You don’t

have to go to America to get

the American cost. If you shop

online you obviously then incur

the postage and packaging

costs, the import duties and

all the rest of it. However,

you can get this thing, it’s

almost like setting up your own

American address, a temporary

residence of PO box. You know

you see all these storage units

around the UK where you can

store sofas and thing like

that. In America you can hire

one of them. So there’s

companies like Bundle Box and

what they do is they allow you

to get an American address. So

buy what you want online, send

it to your new temporary

American address, they will

email you to say oh, your

address has arrived, your bit

of electrical goods have

addressed and what not and once

they’ve arrive ed you can

arrange it all to be shipped en

masse. That means you eliminate

the multiple postage and

packaging. You get one big bill

for one parcel which will be

inevitably cheaper. You still

have the dut ies but you will

save money.

Thanksgiving & Black Friday Sales

Hi Bundleers!

Just a quick heads up on our Thanksgiving schedule and the Black Friday Sales.

Our warehouse will be closed on Thursday, but we will operate as usual on Friday.

Any shipments you book before Wednesday 20:00 UK time will go out that Wednesday. Any shipments you book after that, but before Friday 20:00 UK time will go out before the weekend.

Then the exciting stuff: Black Friday sales! The sites to follow are http://bfads.net/, http://www.theblackfriday.com/ and http://www.blackfriday.us/. They are listing the best shopping deals as they go live. Some sites start sales already on Thursday, midnight USA time, or 5:00am UK time, for the early birds.

Kindle Fires and Black Friday

Hello Bundleers! I hope everyone is having a great weekend.

The Kindle Fires continue to arrive, both for those who purchased directly from Amazon and those who purchased through our Personal Shopper Service. We have been fulfilling orders as they were received (first in, first out). We expect to receive another large shipment by Tuesday and that should fill most of the remaining orders. Be sure and book your Kindle as a Tablet and not an e-Reader!

This Thursday is Thanksgiving Day in the US. It is a national holiday so the warehouse will not be open for business. This is the day that also marks the eve of Black Friday, the biggest retail shopping day of the year in the US. Every merchant is vying for your business, so be sure and check out your favorite websites for Black Friday deals and steals!

Is it really November?

Hi Bundleers! I trust everyone is getting used to the idea that winter is almost upon us. I cannot believe it is already November, which means that December is right around the corner. Have you already started your holiday shopping or are you the last minute type (like me, lol)?

Need more proof that time flies by when you’re having fun? I have been working with Bundlebox for more than two months!. At times it has been challenging and I still have a lot to learn, but I love every minute of it. Our customers are the best and I appreciate the warm welcome I have received.

My favorite part of the job you ask? Definitely our Personal Shopper Service. It is so much fun shopping for our customers and you guys have introduced me to a lot of new products and merchants. One of the most popular items we buy on your behalf is the Fitbit Ultra - a handy little gadget that helps you keep your fitness goals on track. Did you know that you can buy soap-making products on-line? Or that you can customize your own Muppet Whatnot doll? Or choose from 14 different options to create your unique pair of Chucks? There are even subscription services that will send you sample health and beauty products every month. (I adore cosmetic samples and surprises so I just had to sign up for a monthly goody box from Birchbox!)

As you start making a list and checking it twice, be sure and include the internet in your shopping plans. It is the world’s largest mall with thouands and thousands of unique gift ideas just waiting to be discovered by you. And remember, if your newly found site (or long-time favorite) won’t accept your international credit card or they don’t ship to your country, Bundlebox is here and ready to play Santa for you.

Happy Bundling!
